Hello,

I am a Seattle graphic designer with skills in production, painting and photography. Click here to view my resume and figure out how the above infographic relates to my experience in art and design.

Lately, I have been writing a lot about my past work in cover letters and other attempts at persuasive paragraphs. But I don’t want to talk about my past anymore. I want to design. I want to create amazing graphic design works. I believe that good design is really about people. With that in mind, I invite you to take a moment to learn more about me:

  • My working definition of great graphic design is a visual combination of form, function, and aesthetics.
  • I have a senseless need to travel. I am an explorer, adventurer and creator.
  • “Keep it simple but make it smart” is my design moto.
  • Mexican food intimidates me.
  • I believe broccoli and the crusts on PB&J sandwiches are to be discarded as quickly as possible.
  • My prefered indication of a good logo is that it can be mentally applied to multiple mediums instantly.
  • I have a very active love/hate relationship with colors. They challenge me.
  • Paint is mushy, movable and mixable, that’s why I enjoy painting.
  • I want to keep bees, make mead, and own a letterpress but I need to learn more first.
  • I like quirky interesting people, especially those who are ok with being quirky and interesting.
  • In case of emergency I often carry: tiger balm, tea bags, a pencil, business cards, and a sweater.
  • It helps me to draw diagrams when explaining how I feel about my family.

  • I would love to hear from you! Contact me with any questions, comments, suggestions, or links to hilarious British comedy clips.

Please stay a while and check out my work,

    — Elena
